T-O Engineers, Inc. Acquires Pharmer Engineering

MERIDIAN, ID – T-O Engineers, Inc., a full service planning and engineering firm, today announced it has acquired Pharmer Engineering, a Boise, Idaho based consulting firm specializing in water and wastewater treatment systems.

Founded in 2003, Pharmer Engineering was founded on industrial treatment and has developed into a leading provider of treatment facilities for municipal, private and industrial clients throughout the Treasure Valley and across North America.

“We are excited to join forces with Pharmer Engineering and expand our municipal resume while offering our clients a broader range of services and dependability,” said T-O Engineers President Bill Russell. “This partnership will also result in greater efficiencies and increase our service abilities while continuing to provide clients the same responsiveness and quality service they have come to expect.”

T-O Engineers provides the Pacific Northwest a full suite of services including aviation, transportation, land development, wastewater, water resources, municipal, surveying, landscape architecture, and environmental.

“First and foremost, we believe T-O Engineers’ organizational leadership and future strategic roadmap parallels Pharmer Engineering’s core values,” said Pharmer Engineering President Carl Hipwell. “Our company culture will mold perfectly together. The size of T-O Engineers and their current office locations are also advantageous as Pharmer Engineering has been looking to expand in the Spokane and Coeur d’ Alene communities.”

T-O Engineers will maintain its headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, and will continue to use Pharmer Engineering’s existing Boise Office, bringing the company to five total office locations spread across the Treasure Valley, Coeur d’Alene and Spokane, WA. The acquisition will also grow the T-O Engineers staff to more than 80 employees. As the companies work to integrate they will continue to work closely with clients, partners and employees in order to create a smooth transition process.
